Swarmix is built local-first, and this policy is short because there is genuinely little to disclose. Plain language, no legalese.

The desktop app

• Your leads, messages, audiences, templates and logged-in platform sessions are stored on your computer. They are never uploaded to us.
• The AI model runs on your machine. Message content processed by it never leaves your computer, unless you deliberately connect your own external AI provider key - in which case that provider's terms apply.
• The app contacts our servers only to validate your license and check for updates. That check includes your account email and a machine identifier, nothing from your pipeline.

This website

• We run no third-party analytics or tracking scripts on swarmix.co.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when the page loads.
• Download links go through our own API (api.swarmix.co), which logs the download so we know installers are being fetched, then redirects you to the installer.

Account and payments

• Signing in uses a one-time code sent to your email. We store your email address to manage your trial or license.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you (it is essentially your email and license status), correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@swarmix.co and we will handle it.
