The policy

Every Swarmix license comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, and it applies to renewals too. If you buy and it is not for you, or an annual renewal goes through and you did not mean to keep it, email hello@swarmix.co within 14 days of the charge and we refund that payment in full. No questions asked, no forms, no hoops.

How it works

• Send the email from the address you bought with (or mention it).
• We process the refund through Stripe, usually within a couple of business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
• Once refunded, your license is deactivated and the subscription is cancelled.

Try before you buy

You should rarely need this policy: the app has a free 7-day trial with no card required, so you can see it working on your own machine before paying anything.
