These are the terms for using the Swarmix desktop app and this website. Short and in plain language, because that is how we would want to read them.

The license

• Your purchase ($499 per year) buys an annual license for the Swarmix app. It renews automatically every year until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Your license then stays active until the end of the paid year and simply does not renew - no further charges.
• While your license is active you get the app and all the updates we ship for it. When it ends, the app stops running agents; your data stays on your machine.
• One license runs one Core on one machine. If you run Swarmix on several computers (for example, an agency), buy one license per computer.
• The license is for you or your business. Do not resell, sublicense or share it.
• Bought a lifetime license before we moved to annual pricing? It remains a lifetime license: you keep the app and its updates without further payments. Nothing changes for you.

The free plan and the trial

The first 7 days give you the full product with up to 3 agents, no card required. After that the app moves to the free plan: it keeps working with up to 2 agents and 10 emails per day, and content published on the free plan carries a short "made with Swarmix" attribution on generated images and in email footers. Buying a license removes the attribution and the limits.

Refunds

14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, and on any renewal within 14 days of the charge. Email hello@swarmix.co and we refund, no questions asked. Details on the refunds page.

Your responsibility

• Swarmix automates actions on your own accounts (LinkedIn, email, social platforms). You are responsible for complying with those platforms' terms and with the laws that apply to your outreach (for example, anti-spam and data-protection rules in your market).
• The product ships with conservative limits, warmup and human-like pacing designed to keep your accounts safe, but no automation tool can guarantee a platform will never restrict an account. Use the defaults.

Beta software

Swarmix is currently in beta. It is provided "as is": we work hard to keep it stable, but we cannot promise it is free of bugs. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

Changes

If we update these terms we will change the date above. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
